I hate to be so up-front, but the yacht actually is fucking useless. in my multiple thousands of hours of playing I think I used the yacht twice, and it was to stand stationary on, and for nobody to drive, just to show off that an individual had a little bit of dosh to their name. It's just a big white stationary prop used to stand still on.
By all means keep it in, but never has it ever been used for actual sailing purposes, it's merely an expensive prop.

That's all anyone seems to do when they spawn it in, besides brag a bit, do a few /me's and then despawn it or get killed / mugged.

Gonna post this again as this discussion once again seems to be going nowhere and there's a clear split.

What we need is a map that will (potentially even forcefully) keep players together in a more compact space to enhance roleplay by ensuring that players are always in interaction with one another. I personally do not believe Pines City offers more than a "fresh experience". And that "fresh" feeling will be gone in a matter of weeks. Does V2D or "sexy" offer that experience? I do not know, people seem to claim all different sorts of things.

Like Fultz said in another thread; I do not believe we can get a proper conclusion out of merely discussing the differences between the maps and a simple vote. We need to put the maps on trial and give them a chance, so that every person, for or against, can test out the different maps and get the true experience. This experience will include performance testing, passive roleplay potential and agressive roleplay potential.

Everyone knows that Passive Roleplay potential is better on v2d, as well as Aggressive due to the higher frames.

I disagree, Pines City has a lot more bigger buildings WITH WINDOWS and more shops.

Let me ask, how much people have ACTUALLY played Pines city? Walk around in it, drive around and no clip around and you'll love it. I dont want to go back in time and have a map with shitty textures, no windows or little shops. I want something new, something that will bring more roleplay possibilitss to Fearless, and thats whst Pines city will do. It has a lot more potential and has great textures, which is also around the same size, if not smaller, than v2d. It has connecting roads which allow for FUN police pursuits rather than being trapped at the forest and a spike strike at the tunnel to villas and your trapped. None of that on V4B1, V5P, V33X, V2P, Rockford, rp florida and a lot more. Pines city is the way forward.

People may just want V2D for nostalgia. Pines city will have a lot of potential and will improve Fearless by a mile.

One concern i have about V2D, is that where will you place your yacht/jetski? they literally become useless.
