It may be a shitty game, but it's brilliantly made for just a free BROWSER based game. It is fun when you're a bit younger. Our 'age group' doesn't like it anymore due to Steam and / or other games.
If you say it sucks, then explain why.

Type: Free Browser MMORPG
Graphics: In today's standards it is quite lacking however, for the java engine it is quite impressive, sadly.
Music: Relaxing
Content: Quantity over quality
Overall: 7/10
While this game does have some decent points to it and I did play it a while when I was a bit younger, the music is still relaxing in most cases but the mix up of quests is still lacking. It feels as though you are playing a multiplayer virtual novel then an actual games at some points. The leveling system reminds me of Elder Scrolls.

Anyone over the age of 10 still playing Runescape needs to look at their life thoroughly, because they've lost the fucking plot harder than dropping the 50kg barbell on your face. Yes, the graphics suck, even for an online game, but that isn't the major problem. Yes, the combat is terrible, neither is that the major problem. The economy is the result of taking the current day economy and giving a 'orrible ol' bastard like me total power over a huge sum of money to either inject in certain places to take away, just too see how much worse I could make things. It's ridiculously unimmersive, and the game world has the imagination of a fucking spanner. The skillset is terrible and a huge timedrain with little enjoyment from it. Cut wood, cut wood, cut wood, WOOD, repeat x10000 for decent gold. There's no variation, and half the skills are fillers, like 'firemaking'. Does that REALLY need a whole skill? Anyone can make a fire with the tools to do so, are the people in Runescape really such lemmings? But even that isn't the worst problem.

The WORST problem is that as a general rule people on competitive online games... are dicks. Applies to all shooters for certain, and most RPGs and RP servers. But Runescape aren't satisfied with this, oh no. They don't just want dicks, they want 8-10 year old incredibly immature dicks, and not just a few, but tens of thousands of them all screaming at you at once. Watching the chat is like watching a train crash in slow motion, except here watching isn't horrifyingly interesting but horrifyingly horrifying, And the emergency services aren't going to help, they've already given up on them, they were braindead before the crash even happened.

To put it short, I think Runescape is shit.
