As shown below, an SRU unit is shot at by me during a raid. I move my gun to the right to pre-fire the right side of the lambo where I expected the SRU to run. As you can see, Budy is in my line of fire as I'm pre-firing the lambo. The gate obscured my vision not allowing me to have a clear visual on someone in a white suit and only noticed it when I looked back on it. The issue is that Budy happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time in my opinion. I did not do this intentionally and if I have offended Budy in anyway I am honestly sorry. It is an honest mistake that can happen from time to time. I'm not going to go into other topics on why he shouldn't be there, but I think that anyone could've hit him as everyone was shooting at the same time which is evident when he was also hit by Casanova for 66hp.

2. Why are you apologizing to Budy after you've taken this thread into 10 pages with proven lie after proven lie? Your sudden cooperation after the 30+ posts on this thread is actually suspicious in itself.
   
3. How do you know Casanova did 66 hp? Audacter's screenshot of the logs doesn't actually show numbers. Are you getting this information from a source that you have withheld? Sketchy.
   
4. Why is the quality of this video noticeably worse than your other uploaded videos? I honestly believe you've made the quality worse as to skew Budy's position through your gate, as to give your "claim" of not seeing Budy some credibility.
   
5. Do you always prefire 20+ bullets into targets that you admittedly couldn't see?
   
6. I literally see you move your crosshair over a visible white suit while holding down Mouse1 at 17 seconds. 
   

TLDR: Your gunplay is so bad that you should stop Aggressive RP, or you're lying. You and your ilk have been proven liars throughout this thread, soooooo.

i do agree with this, as the video was muted and the quality was SEVERELY lowered that even watching this on youtube with HD it still looked like sh*t your aiming was directed at Budy

- I was being stubborn, I didn't want to post evidence because I don't want you getting away with making a Ban Request and not adding sufficient evidence.

This is not a very sufficient explanation. In the video, you CLEARLY see the gun move to the white suit while spraying wildly. Are you claiming you are not aware of how you move your own mouse? Go back and watch the video at 17 seconds. It's broad as daylight.

Is this a similar statement like when you said that this video "may not" have even existed? Yet you suddenly comply, and we get some 240p, muted, joke of a video. Also, this is the only video that you've muted and uploaded. Convenient that there's an audio delay on this one.
