Summary of the incident
As you can see in this video violence was not used as a last resort by Aspire, now I know that only one shot was fired but that really does not matter, the second a gun has been fired violence becomes the last resort and heavy shoot outs will break out just like it happened.

 Although it was just one shot violence was surely not the last resort here and it is quite obvious.

There were driving in a perfectly reasonable speed causing no danger, I don't care what violet said or what you claim she said, shooting a tire is never the first option you should use, as there is a high chance you shoot a the car instead of the tire and blow them up. The evidence speaks for itself so I will not further comment unless asked by the staff member dealing with this case.

I disagree, you clearly broke rule 3.1a Violence should always be the last option. Your police car was right next to you yet you decided to shoot us straight away? You shooting escalated the entire situation, if you didn't shoot you would've never been killed later. It was extremely unnecessary, considering we were only going 10mph. Why would you shoot at the car with two unarmed people going 10mph? You can catch up and stop us extremely quickly if you decided to pursue us in your dodge without having to fire a bullet.

I was going to mention this in the PR you posted on us, but I guess it's best to keep the two seperate now. I do also have our own video which proves we didn't hear aspire give any orders nor did he point a gun at us. That makes the "failed to get out" part invalid. You should've known you were way too far for us to hear you as we were going quicker than your running speed. There was no way for you to catch up and get within range, which is why you should've gone for your patrol car rather than fire. Our truck was filled with pot noodles, shooting a tyre could've easily caused us to overturn and cause injuries (this isn't even a what if, it would've as the sudden turn would cause all the pot noodles to turn to one side and likely make us explode or at the very least kill the person at the back).
