If you get addicted to real life gambling by gambling on virtual money on a virtual game, then you need to see a psychiatrist ASAP

legally everyone under 18 who takes part in gambling is unaware of what they are doing, therefore the minors are unaware that they are losing money it is black and white, there are no ifs and buts.

although it may not be necessarily illegal to run casinos on fearless (although it most probably is) your argument is invalid as everyone under 18 is legally incapable of being responsible for their money that they are gambling.

...why would it be illegal? There is NO way to cash out in-game money in real life, as such it is not under the legal jurisdiction of gambling-related laws, and by extension laws regarding to age

are you going to address my other point or just ignore it and then argue with me again about something I’ve explained several times
I did address it, they have no need to be legally responsible for in-game money

Have I helped you or am I friendly?

In my opinion I think there should be a system for regulating casinos but I have a strong belief that banning casinos will either kill or take a huge blow to the server because there is not any other good way of making large amounts of cash especially with only at most 20-30 people on the server at a time on a daily bases. my moral view is that if you you have an addiction the casino is obligated a little bit to limit you from playing but I dont not feel the casino is fully obligated to ban or help you that's your addiction and you need to either get help or will yourself to stop playing. I can understand with other peoples opinion but this is mine sorry If I offend anyone.

So spending hundreds of hours perfecting dupes over and over, building upwards of 20 casinos and remodelling to appeal to customers, managing up to 10 staff a night, creating rigorous training to ensure only the best for our players, providing customer service such as free drinks, private rooms, limo rides for highrollers, creating marketing campaigns and publicity stunts, isnt roleplay?

although your casino has become an icon and provided a decent amount of roleplay opportunities the aim of every business is to make a profit - it just so happens you have made an incredible amount and good for you, but have you thought about the morals behind it?

Are we talking IC morals or OOC morals, Juicy?

both actually, i would personally feel bad if i took massive sums of someones hard earned money - even if it is 'won' through a casino.

As a person who gambles frequently and has lost thousands of pounds of my own money I have absolutely no problem with it, if you're stupid enough to spend all your money on a Gmod server then that's just natural selection.
