Ok, SO every month my anti virus gives me a report on how its protected me and bleh bleh bleh, but I'm using the free version which questions me about the fact where it says: Total threats protected against 2965084 Now, how the hell does some one attack me over 2 million times in one month. InB4Trolls, I don't look at p0rn. You all think im lieing ;_; So do you think my anti virus is screwing me just to try and make me buy the full version?

If it's DDoS, antivirus doesn't protect against DDoS..
Also one antivirus does not protect against all, that's a stupid thought.. Use at least two for full protection, my fav is antimalwarebyteswhatever. Funny thing is it has never ever let me down.. Ever.

No, never use two antiviruses together. It's best to use multiple layers of protection, one application per layer, so:
1) firewall
2) antivirus
3) anti-malware
4) registry and rootkit protection
