My recording software doesn't pick up my microphone unless I enable certain settings, so no.

It's pretty clear that I'm ordering him to exit the vehicle. I chased him with sirens on, blocked his path with my vehicle, selected a weapon from my hot-bar and began pointing it at him. Not only that, but the Police Sergeant opened fire on him because he was trying to run away while under fearRP.
