Summary: i caught him making frozen roadblocks for the 3rd time now.
felt like it's time that he learns it the hard way.
i was driving to pool house responding to a radio call when i hit his frozen roadblocks.
then after 5 mins of no response he told me he was afking with frozen roadblocks blocking the entire area.
that's when i decided to make a ban req on him.
