Summary: i caught him making frozen roadblocks for the 3rd time now.
felt like it's time that he learns it the hard way.
i was driving to pool house responding to a radio call when i hit his frozen roadblocks.
then after 5 mins of no response he told me he was afking with frozen roadblocks blocking the entire area.
that's when i decided to make a ban req on him.

Instead of making another thread on this guy I'd like to vouch for this, he is a complete fail at rp, I don't think he really knows what its about. Saw him before where he killed himself with a prop, his excuse was "my hp was 12"
