Title of Bug: Tunnel Lighting

Description: 
Re-add lighting to tunnels, if I remember correctly there used to be lighting in the tunnels, but not no more so please add back so no more CDM

Drive through a tunnel

I don't think there was ever tunnel lighting on V5P or V2P.

Can't find any reference to tunnel lights within the gamemode.

Closed, not a bug.
