There is not currently 20 members of the FL team, thats pretty damn good.
And they are improving in high grade. Some admin calls gets unknown, thats how it is. I have been there, I'm still there.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
