Ignoring the fact that its tedious to do this what exactly do we think this will achieve? If people genuinely wanted to come back surely they'd appeal? When doing things like this its very beneficial to take a step back and look at the situation rationally. What is the point of having any rules if every few months we unban those that cause problems again? What do they bring to the community if they have a bad attitude; nothing. Now we may want players but if we keep latching onto the players of the old by unbanning those that cause problems you are likely to have new players not wanting to stay, and yes by all means you can pull the card of its the staffs job to keep the servers clean, which yes it is but all this will do is create more work for the Devs and the Admins when it could be used for much more worth while projects.

Players with a history of breaking rules 100% do not make playing FL fun lol. Honestly, if they're interested in returning just post a UBR??

I'm sorry but this is completely wrong, its maybe 1/100 of players like that make it fun. Players like kevin don't make the server itself enjoyable to play on, they make it fun to spectate the community from outside of the server. 

In my opinion a ban wipe wouldn't work at all, I think we're way past the point of a ban wipe working. It'll take something incredibly special to bring the server back up. The main reason I stopped playing was simply due to the fact that some of the staff just straight didn't know the rules on Doomforting and general aggressive RP, and most of the people I played with also felt this way. You can't fix the issue of a player base when some if not most of the staff barely know the rules.
