No one has claimed he isn't legit. The issue seems to be it's impossible to log and trace. If NoidZ is allowed to use it then that means everyone has to be. This may result in scams in the future from people who take advantage of this grey area, so it's better to ban it entirely.
I do think this ban makes sense, I don't see why some people are assuming it's personal or just people who've lost bets.
