Hello,

I feel I should give my say on this as I was Supervising Administrator at the time and was the one to actually deal with the case. This case was dealt with at the time but I decided to take no further action, other than a speaking to, because both users were as bad as each other.

The evidence you provided here is outdated, 10 months is in no way recent and should not be used against Wolven in a case like this. Especially considering that he even got Moderator many months after it had happened.

How was the incident dealt with when supposedly only Dimitris has the evidence?

Just to state i have also recently found a plethora of recordings and evidence of the moderator Wolven violating rules and abusing his staff position which i will bring to light in due course.

Due to me only finding this recent information again recently i will be posting it all soon as i don't believe Moderators should have the type of attitude that Wolven has.

Apologies for any grammatical errors or spelling mistakes i'm very tired.

I feel like I need to comment for that last reply, Jack.

I am wary of the incident, yes. The little comment was in regards to Dimitris asking about the recent topic that occurred the night prior to our conversation.

I emphasized how much you were going to try and get this argument hence why I put "I know he's going to ask you for the evidence from when I was a teacher like a year ago when we had that argument" in brackets, I knew this was going to follow through with the recent AA that was made on me.

Awestruck, you stated that the situation was dealt with. Which is a lie I am the only one that has the proof of the said incident and even if it was what made you think that a teacher at the time should have acted that way?

What made you think that not punishing in any way was the right choice? What makes you think that just because it's some old screenshots are not relative anymore? Why Wolven getting moderator changes the situation in any way?
There are also some more screenshots to prove that Wolven repeatedly harassed in game and out of the game. People do not change within such short periods of time.

I can confirm Awestruck's statement about the case being dealt with as we spoke about it briefly when we were both SA at the time, what the outcome of the case was and who was contacted, I cannot remember. However if punishment was deemed necessary we would have done it then.

I can't believe that anyone else had that information, can you provide proof? And even if it was dealt by you and Awestruck, what made you think that such behavior was appropriate?

I don't remember if I have proof of me dealing with it and quite frankly don't really see the need for me to provide any. It was so long ago, I've left and joined since. No-one mentioned the behaviour was appropriate.

I am the only one that has the screenshots, I don't see how you can just claim that it was already dealt with without providing any proof. What Wolven did was wrong and he should have been punished.
