This isn't really a new addition, there are quite a few aggressive RPers who have been promoted and are still currently on the Staff team.

Back in the day, mostly every staff member partook in both passive and aggressive roleplay.
This balance allowed each and every staff member to be educated and have experience within the rules of both types of roleplays. This allowed the staff team to have a better understanding of the wider rule set as a team and was why they were so successful. The thing is with most aggressive role players, they can also passive roleplay, looking at the RPP counts - So promoting aggressive RP'ers that have a good understanding of rules regarding government and passive roleplay has always been a smart choice.
