This seems to be getting out of hand and a lot of random, unneeded stuff is being posted. Which is quite a shame as this went from a post that was quite professional of Soul, to one that is now filled with shit.

However, I believe that Awestruck will do well as an SA. Everything that has been brought up is in the past, heck even from when he was a mod. If the problem was that bad he would've never been made an admin. It's a real shame that people who had a great amount of respect and history within the community decided to throw it all away and cause a fuss, however each to their own, I suppose.
In my opinion, everyone makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. However, it is how you react to those mistakes and build on them. Obviously Awestruck has done so and the admin team now have confidence and support in him to promote him to SA, so it would be great if the rest of the community trust this decision and let Awestruck get on with doing what he has to do, and let the community function.

I also think this is a big step in transparency for Soul. In my opinion a while ago this would've been buried and questions would've been asked and nothing would've come out, but I'm glad that Soul has posted this and let the community know, instead of burying it. Although it is a real shame to see how some people have reacted to this...

I think a lot of people are forgetting the fact that A LOT of these cases have been reviewed, and most have been reviewed and concluded A LONG TIME AGO.
This was a personal problem and it's all been dealt with in the past.

Correct, A LOT have been reviewed, but recent ones are still shown, and Powergaming, NLR breakage etc. etc. surely should contribute in to 1 count. I believe there are 10 (around) cases of abuse there, and all 10 are valid, yet all that was done was SA demote to admin.

Eventhough Snowredwolf has meant a lot for Fearless in the past, by developing a lot for it, he's broken this specific ToS rule which can not be ignored. If his rant didn't contain administrative chats, admin tools, and so on, he would not have been banned.

He also wouldn't have crucial evidence in relation to a senior administrator abusing their powers.

True, but I'm referring also to the chats where a discussion between team members and myself is seen where we decide what to do with the situation.
