Title of Suggestion: Woman Police Officer able to wear hats

Description: Currently if you try to wear a hat as a female player model says "You're can't wear a cap with this uniform!"

Why: As I, and many other people play as a woman on Fearless, and it is very disappointing to have got a RPP and can't wear the Government Cap you bought.

+support but not if it's a hazzle. It's not worth it if we need to get a new playermodels. If it's just to reposition the cap it's fine I guess.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
