Title of Suggestion: Woman Police Officer able to wear hats
Description: Currently if you try to wear a hat as a female player model says "You're can't wear a cap with this uniform!"
Why: As I, and many other people play as a woman on Fearless, and it is very disappointing to have got a RPP and can't wear the Government Cap you bought.

New female models would be good as only two of them have the utility belt, just depends how long they would take to make.
