It's possible to REP trough posts made by the user, therefore yes it would be perfectly normal.

Isnt that kinda exploiting? Because you can basically rep someone like 1000 times

Edit: New button added: Rate user.
This is the same as going to someone's profile and pressing +rep.

I've disabled whispering as it was only used to annoy people.

Does necroposting count if the thread is in suggestions and you wanted to +/-Support the idea?

It's fine to revive an old suggestion if you want to see it on the server.
However, you shouldn't bump a suggestion if you do not want it on the server, so bumping just to -Support an old suggestion is pointless(Posting to increase post count).

Can we get some clarification or even an update to the NLR rule. Different admins interpret this differently.

When you die in a raid and 10 mins has passed, can you return to the raid if you are called a backup is called in the radio. If yes, does this rule apply for both cops and the raiding party.

From a developer point of view would it be possible to change the top 20 leader boards of all category into a full out leaderboard of everyone who once played on the server.

3.2 Even if you're told about the situation over the radio in your new life, NLR still applies and must be followed for the duration of the NLR timer.

You can return to a raid if you have been called over the radio and 10 minutes passed, an admin can, however, tell both raiders & defenders returning to a raid will not be allowed, even if your NLR is over. Admins rarely tell people they can't return to a raid, it's usually if a raid has been going on for an extended period of time they will do so.

In theory it would be possible, yes.
