Title of Suggestion: Add properties to the police database

Description: Lets say when you buy a front/back door to a property it comes up with a message saying 'If you buy this door your address will appear on the police database.' 

Why: Im tired of having a wanted person and having no clue where he may live. ie: having to drive around the whole map.
