Rushed promotions will happen and shitty people will become shitty staff and FL will close down as they got no members left after the playerbase realise that the new shitty staff is shitty af.

Staff members leave and new ones come in, it's how it all works. Just because someone might get promoted doesn't instantly mean that it's 'rushed' nor will it mean they will be bad staff members. You're simply assuming the worst.

I would just like to clarify to everyone here that this is nothing like the previous split. I know I can't say for certain that everyone who resigned can agree with this, but we are extremely appreciative of everything the current staff team have supported us with. I can honestly say there isn't a bad one out of the bunch. I'm not going to lie to you and say that the team is perfect, because it's not. Nothing is. I personally think there needs to be improvements, but Awestruck, Tomo and myself all spoke to Soul last night and told him our concerns and he has addressed them in his recent thread in discussions. As Tomo said in his resignation thread, Awestruck Tomo and I have all been discussing this for quite some time now, as we all have things we want to go off and do, not because we wanted to cause any drama because I can safely say there is no beef between any of us. After I resigned a few more decided to tag a long with us and that's fine with them, that's their decision. I can guarantee to you right now that the staff we currently have are actively trying their best to make Fearless the best place it could possibly be.

I thought I'd just make that quick statement as I honestly don't want there to be any grief after this. Fearless is great and always has been great. That is all.

When the split happened, lets be honest the staff were picked in a rushed manner, especially those who were not even known in the community and mostly some who stuck around and are still loyal to FL(Jan) but still you're trying to call him out yet Soulripper chose people and even personal friends to fufill the position of his staff after the split which effected both sides but mostly Fearless and it's controversy.

True that staff come and go, but you're just a pawn who'll be replaced by someone else who's beggin' for that position, the worst was shown in the split but I've covered some part of that, anyway's these resignations are normal.

As Ghost said, staff members leave and new one's come in. This does not mean they're rushed or 'shitty'. It's how its always worked on here. Staff members promote those whom are fit for the job by showing dedication and loyalty to the servers its not just 'people beggin''.
