Ok, I'm going to break everything down.

Agorith Being Bias:
I highly believe that Agorith has been extremely bias over my punishments. At first I thought nothing of it but it's gotten to the point where he's started to go out the way to get me never come back.

How exactly have I gone out of my way to issue a punishment for a pretty basic rule you've violated as seen in a player report.
Rulebreakage is rulebreakage.
I'm not sure how and why exactly you think of yourself to be special to me, when in reality you're just another player and your perm was issued trough just another player report, of which I handle many.

I seriosuly don't know why Agorith started doing this, but it seems like he can treat me how likes but when I make one weak remark about his relationships and I'm on the roof and getting some extreme punishments for saying a some 4 word sentance. I am also aware that Agorith is on the brink of demotion and as I'm aware many other admins don't like me, so any redemtion would mean a lesser chance of demotion.

You've been known to get easily angered in OOC, you've received more than plenty warnings for this.

Events Leading up the so called 'Insult':
The events leading up to this have been completely forgotten, although they may play only a small part they still lead to the events and weren't shown in the BR.

I was doing a Casino RP and Benny and Ratatoskr show up. Benny paid for 4 Spins on the Slots but I wasn't paying attention and let him have 5. On the 5th Attempt he won, I gave him the prize and then realised what I had done. I requested for him to give me the car back and even tried to reason with him, but he refused and tried to blame Ratatoskr. After trying to Reason in PMs he tried to take it to OOC and then is started to get heated, I called Ratatoskr an 'Asslick' and he said something along the lines of 'Don't Cry'. At that moment I'd had enough and called him a 'Wanker'.

You've just admitted to your rulebreakage.

Harshness of the Insult:
As stated by Brikaas in OOC during the events 'The Insults weren't that Harsh' and 'If they were bad don't you think I would have Banned him or Given him a Blacklist'. I highly agree with Brikass here. The word 'Wanker' isn't a bad word as far as insults go, its weak, and if your offended by it then you should really stay off the internet.

I'm sorry to say but as already mentioned you've received plenty of warnings along with actual blacklists/bans for your misbehaviour that was not only noticed by me.

The reason you were on last chance was because you failed to comply by this simple rule, but also because of your ban/blacklist record as a whole.

I think Ratatoskr was simply agree that I called him out for being an Asslick and made the PR to get back at me, you know I'd be pretty annoying if people found out I asked for RPPs...

yea, its an insult. but as brikaas said it wasn't a major one, and he was there so he could explain the situation.

And i am requesting someone else to conclude this as Agorith will be biased.

You've just admitted to breaking rule 5.6 once again.

If another staff member would want to have a say, they're free to.
But you can't request for another staff member to handle my case, this is involving me after all.
You're about the millionth person to call me biased towards said rulebreakers when in reality not a single one has crossed my mind before, not until I have to deal with the cases.
This case will be mainly handled by myself.

There is no reason for me to continue, i am truly sorry for this, i really wish to be unbanned, what i did was unacceptable and i hope you'll understand me here, and i do admit i was stupid, i hope you'll understand, i will change myself for the better, all i want to ask for is just a last chance, so i can come back to Fearless and enjoy the new updates.

Agorith i am sorry if i ever insulted you, i was just angered and my actions should be behaved like they did, i just wish to change for the better and hope for you to give me a last chance, where i can show myself as a mature and nice person.

Not the first time you pulled an act just like this, Fieldy.
I don't believe you're being truthful, regardless you've already got your last chance a short while ago.
Just a few hours ago you had a completely different mindset, the one you've always returned back to after having served the ban and coming back.
I don't believe an unban would be right in your case, perhaps in a couple of years when you've proven to have matured.
