First Off, I'd like to thanks Agorith for being the most bias person I've ever met. He's has gone above and beyond to get off the sever... Thanks for sending me those picture.

OT: I wasn't making any major insults... Calling someone a Wanker Is Not an Insult, nor saying they asslick for RPP which by the way is completely true.

How is ''wanker'' not an insult.
I agree this usually would be punished with a minor ban/blacklist however in your case you've been given chance by chance to redeem yourself and you've chosen not to.
You got put on your last chance a while ago after having managed to receive 8 bans in a very short amount of hours of which multiple of the same violation.

After now violating yet again the same basic rule whilst on last chance, I decided this was problematic and major enough to issue a perm as it doesn't seem you have any intention on changing or following the rules set.

Ok, I'm going to break everything down.

Agorith Being Bias:
I highly believe that Agorith has been extremely bias over my punishments. At first I thought nothing of it but it's gotten to the point where he's started to go out the way to get me never come back. I seriosuly don't know why Agorith started doing this, but it seems like he can treat me how likes but when I make one weak remark about his relationships and I'm on the roof and getting some extreme punishments for saying a some 4 word sentance. I am also aware that Agorith is on the brink of demotion and as I'm aware many other admins don't like me, so any redemtion would mean a lesser chance of demotion.

Events Leading up the so called 'Insult':
The events leading up to this have been completely forgotten, although they may play only a small part they still lead to the events and weren't shown in the BR.

I was doing a Casino RP and Benny and Ratatoskr show up. Benny paid for 4 Spins on the Slots but I wasn't paying attention and let him have 5. On the 5th Attempt he won, I gave him the prize and then realised what I had done. I requested for him to give me the car back and even tried to reason with him, but he refused and tried to blame Ratatoskr. After trying to Reason in PMs he tried to take it to OOC and then is started to get heated, I called Ratatoskr an 'Asslick' and he said something along the lines of 'Don't Cry'. At that moment I'd had enough and called him a 'Wanker'.

Harshness of the Insult:
As stated by Brikaas in OOC during the events 'The Insults weren't that Harsh' and 'If they were bad don't you think I would have Banned him or Given him a Blacklist'. I highly agree with Brikass here. The word 'Wanker' isn't a bad word as far as insults go, its weak, and if your offended by it then you should really stay off the internet.

I think Ratatoskr was simply agree that I called him out for being an Asslick and made the PR to get back at me, you know I'd be pretty annoying if people found out I asked for RPPs...

1. This is a Joke which clearly you cant take.

2. I did spin your machine before benny had his 4 goes.

3. Stop being such an angry child and accept your punishment.

4. Just because 'Its not a very insulting word' doesnt mean i cannot be offended.
