Summary: He threatened to start a clan war because I and Ratatoskr started to speak, he is bringing OOC things into IC. 
The steamchats show that he has threatened to start a clan war with The Washington Family because of our "Association" with Waite 
( Ratatoskr has started hanging around with us in ts.) All evidence is from steam chats with SirMinus.

 He is metagaming by threatening to start a IC clan war based on off-topic (OOC) footage.

Would you be able to say that "oh I was being sarcastic" if you threatened to ddos the sever and get away with it? NO 
You were in game so this makes the evidence valid (Also you said "Washington is next" several times in OOC.

Depends if it was meant as a joke or not
Also words are still words, I have not presented this "evidence" to a clan officer, so therefore I have not metagamed

Steam chats are indeed not classed as valid evidence. However, unless Greed actually starts a war for these OOC reasons, it would be metagaming. But, he hasn't, therefore it isn't.
