I tried the remote key myelf and it always makes a sound.

That is weird....... but most likely a troll
IF it were a script/hack it would not work as the Locking/Unlocking Mechanism is handled Servside, meaning the "exploiting player" would have to hack the Fearless Server and inject their script. Which we all know is probably not the case here. But on the other side there is not way you can unlock the car by jumping three/four times in a row on it. Only thing i can imagine is a troll that had access to the car unlocked it via Remote Control but as he wasnt near that car the sound didnt play.
