Jail release: walk/run bug

Description:
When you're let out of prison with an ecm jammer (don't know about police unarrest batton), you're not able to run slowly (holding alt key) until you respawn.

I think this Isn't a bug at all and this is done on purpose as It would give Police a fair shot to get you re-arrested.

This is certainly a bug and I'll note it down to get it fixed.

I don't have this problem. Mostly because no-one breaks me out of jail.

Dont you worry, you can still use that bucket as you best prison buddy. Mabye that the bucket got an EMC Jammer to break you out. :3
