I saw this post: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=65172 That was concluded because Suarez had resigned but now that he has been re-promoted for some reason (which isnt being touched on by any staff members) shouldn't the case be re-opened?

I see your point, possibly it should.
I see why it had been closed in the first place and because of the changes I see why it could be re-opened.

If a case is closed it should stay closed in my opinion unless it absolutely needs to be re-opened because it was handled improperly.

Well it was sort of handled improperly, he ignored what possible evidence there was because he was no longer a staff member and now that he is a staff member again it should be looked at again.

Agreed. It clearly states that the case was closed due to Suarez's resignation.

There could be many reasons as to why Suarez had resigned, but from what I can see, it's because of this case. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
This case should be re-opened as it was not concluded properly as Suarez has been re-assigned to the staff team.

I never resigned because of that case, it was completely irrelevant and I had even forgot i had it when I resigned. The evidence showed nothing anyway. Just a bunch of OOC screenshots.

If you feel nothing will come of it why not just reopen the case? It would only benefit you if nothing came of it.
