Why we should unban you: I recently joined the server today after I long break and decided I would see how people reacted to my previous steam name I had (d3x dunked.asia). This is not the reason why I got banned however, I would like logs to prove and show the legitimate threat I made to Fearless. I said check out dunked.asia which I recently heard they had changed the website since the previous time they encountered Fearless. No insult to General Rickets however refering to a link of a website which is not malicious or any threat to users who log onto it, I believe this is a really unfair permanent ban. With 1330 dedicated hours on the server you really think I would threaten a server I have played for over a year? Come on FL staff. I remeber being with the original d3x and SoulRipper at the same time we were contrawhoring together Soul had no problem with d3x or dunked.asia as we as a three resolved the issue.

Please provide the logs which THREATENED the server.

I didn't expect this sort of behaviour from such a experienced member as yourself. I had no idea whom you were until the ban went through. Was this supposed to be some sort of joke or something?

I mean this is beyond unfair, for one the job I was going to roleplay as was IC, I have seen multiple people roleplay as a Computer Hacker without Administrators enforcing it as a threat. My name Tyrone is no threat. My name ****UNKNOWN***** is IC again for my roleplay I had planned out. As for ''check out dunked.asia'', who the hell knows what that is anyway or how does it appose a threat to the server.

So because I changed my in-game job to hacker, you decided to perm me, you might want to do some research before perming someone next time.

It has nothing to do with the job or names which you set in character it's the fact you joined the server with that name and began advertising their website. Why? Was it supposed to be a joke?

I joined the server with the name Jordy actually and then changed it afterwards for the words "began advertising" I only said "check out dunked.asia" once which is not really a threat to the server is it, of course it was a joke but they doesn't show why you banned me does it?

You banned for me for threats yet you now say "it's the fact you joined the server with that name and began advertising their website." which should be banned for advertising shouldn't it? Advertising and threatening are different things.

Theres nothing wrong with your job-name. However.

You clearly broke General Rule 19.
- No advertising things that are not FL related in any form (ie. Steam names, OOC chat etc.).

The fact that drunked asia is well known for the Fl hack/ddos threats, you've clearly lost your dignity.

So now me correcting you're administrating and that you got the ban wrong it's still permanent. Lets go through this bit now:

and I also mentioned that in the "why we should unban you" which shows you haven't read my statement properly.

2) you said in the new ban reason "Advertising malicious websites" I never advertised more than one so that is wrong also.

That is a direct quote from the steam group. The steam group who's website you were advertising.

They are also well known for DDoSing and as the quote says "server penetration". That is indeed malicious.
