He apologized that he did not intend for it to be an insult and it was simply an overreaction to constant request to change the lighting

This seriously annoyed me, even after apologizing to me. Admins shouldn't swear at me or other players just from asking it to get lighter... I didn't know he'd been asked loads of times?!

EDIT: He even said he wasn't trying to insult me or aim it at me but tbh it still annoyed me, I therefore support this.

So because he apologized hes allowed to get away with it? let me also add the case was not reviewed by another admin and was closed due to request.
Therefor the case has not been dealt with.
