I was wondering what is the best graphical fidelity/fps this could get on games like ESO, DayZ, Arma III. I may buy it but not for next gen games.

I wouldn't buy a chillblast, half of their machines you pay for the brand.

How do they not ship to your city 0_o

They do. But others like PCSpecialist don't because of shipping prices. I live in a UK territory on the southern most point of the Iberian peninsula and shipping PCs cost £200.

Since you live in Gibraltar, why not just go on some random Spanish site and see if they deliver there?

I'd prefer not to go to Spain. And most of them don't because of the troubles at the border.
