Summary: Me and my rebel buddy Camo2 were driving a Tides truck around, having fun. We drove up the road parallel to the villas in the tides and saw a huge police presence. We thought it would be funny to shout the following in voice chat:
"Hey, ya fuckers! We're here to steal all your drugs and money!"
To which the police stopped commencing their raid, one actually SHOT at the tides truck with an MP5 when we were static before telling us to get out, which we did. We were then handcuffed and the following warrant was made:
"Arrest on [FL:RP] Oobrie for: Breaking speed limit (9mph) and drugs."
There was no drugs in the Tides truck at all, the police didn't RP and plant any drugs so the only real reason would be the speed limit, which, we weren't even asked to pay a fine for. I don't generally get annoyed to the extent where I want a player banned, I normally just write it off but my Truck has been impounded, me and my friend were arrested for 3 minutes with little reason and the Doctor Internet who requested the warrant made up some imaginary drugs.

Considering you were playing the Imperial March through your mic, we thought you were going to be at least Semi-Serious like the server's title depicts.
Also, there was no evading. No-one tried to pull us over at all.

Note the part: We could then arrest for for verbal assault, or Sec 5 PO Offence.

Two rebels in a tides truck failing to stop was called into the radio before we raided the Corelones nearby, which was you, I believe.

Whatever went through my mic at that point was meant for the Police on scene, as we have having a talk in LOOC, it was most likely still from then.

Whatever way you spin it, we still had reason to arrest you.

And if someone walks up to a cop and says something like that in the TONE I said it, I don't think the officer would then SHOOT the vehicle, handcuff the man then blame them for having drugs.

From what I remember, semi-serious refers to the fact that items are spawned in, not made. It does not make your actions any less serious, however, I may be wrong.
But. you cannot hide behind "semi-serious" to try and get me banned for what was a valid reason.

C: They were clearly readying for a police raid on the villa. We thought they wouldn't even take NOTICE never mind arrest the both of us.
Also, note the fact that while the truck was static, we were actually SHOT while I was laughing (Again, point B) at the fact DocInternet was playing the Imperial March. My health shows I have been shot. DoctorInternet wasn't the person that shot, I have no clue who did but after being shot, handcuffed, arrested AND my Tides Truck impounded for what was nothing more than a light hearted joke is a bit daft.

I don't think your truck was impounded.

It was not there when I went back so it was either impounded or stolen.
