It is not allowed, it is not allowed jumping over the little fence part at
UM with two players, so therefore it should not be allowed any other place too. Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.

Considering in your original question you received permission to perform the act from Killjoy, I don't see why you're asking really.
I mean, he is a super admin and if not only was it ok, but it was actually him you did it with than I don't see he problem. I myself think that as long as it is only two people than it is fine.

I think that it wouldnt be against the rules if killjoy let you do it as Adman stated but also its important to rp it properly and use /me commands while doing things like that.
