Crowbars for the poor!
If it's going to be nerfed, it should be like so:
You run at 50% speed if you have a crowbar out, also takes up 100% extra stamina, because it's magically heavy.
This will prevent people from being killed too easily with crowbars.

This will prevent people from being killed too easily with crowbars. I think you're confusing this with Team Fortress 2.

+100% damage

On kill: Adds 40% rage in OOC
Having the crowbar swing slower and use 20% stamina is perfect.

Having the crowbar swing slower and use 20% stamina is perfect. 20% seems like a bit much. That's 5 total swings with a crowbar, if you've ever held a crowbar you'd know even someone who's weak could swing a crowbar more than 5 times. They aren't that heavy. Maybe 10%?
Edit: That being said, the attack speed of the crowbar needs to be seriously nerfed

I dont think the crowbar should be nerfed at all
Possibly make your stamina go lower but that is it.

on topic:
great idea +
make atk cost stamina lower the dmg a bit so
with 100 stamina= u need 1 more atk to kill a 100HP dude.
means= u can't kill someone in 5sec + if he runs the attacker can only do 3 atks that will do around 60HP.
awesome

The coding would be probably be simple....
The thing about the crowbar is, I have never once seen someone with a crowbar RP any sort of "Freeze" or "Get on the wall". Normally, when I see someone with a crowbar, they are either
#1 About to crowbar someone for a bad reason.
#2 About to crowbar someone while breaking Fear RP.
#3 Hitting random things with a crowbar.

Takes 20 stamina too swing, slower weapon attacks.
Maybe add a 15% chance of critical damage?

It should be nerfed.
As mentioned before, a hit by a crowbar in the head is deadly. But so is a shot with a glock in the chest too. I am sick of getting owned with 4 hits of a crowbar while my handgun needs like 5 shots, if not more to kill.
