In my opinion, the material provided in the video and additional pictures are not sufficient to come to the conclusion that Salinsky used hydraulics to propel vehicles.

Looking at the unban request and the ongoing discussion around it, my conclusion is that the images can fall too easily under sceptical eyes and beliefs. It's just not solid enough, and an easy scapegoat would be Salinsky. The last picture posted does seem like he's the one, but the only bullet proof evidence would be the logs stating something like: "Salinsky used tool_hydraulic"

I think a checkup on the logs would be in place as this is quite a serious ban. Please.
Helen even admitted she was the culprit of the act in their steam conversation.

First time the hydraulic happened. Helen is clearly shown with her toolgun out and Salinsky doesn't have one primed.
