So how would I think that you got the achievement? Probably some glitch or whatever that allowed him to activate the achievement which triggers the achievement for everyone, nothing more. Yes, "glitch" as this is not an exploit.

If Garry played less than 1 hour it doesn't show. He probably started Garrysmod and went on these servers pretty fast.

I think it is awesome that he joined, it is sad that somebody got him to leave but maybe one day he will come back again, who knows.

It's possible that the owner of Gmod has the ability to show whether or not the time that he plays the game, as he most likely spends a lot of time in the game, also there is no other possible way of everyone on the server getting the achievement, if its fake or not.

Also it's not possible for Garry to hide his Steam activity or anything like that, he doesn't work at valve, neither would valve give him that ability.
