After this is done, Regardless of the map, hopefully we can push all grudges and hatred aside, because i know that's what i'll do.

After taking a look at this situation from a birds eye view a lot of people meant to act in a better way, should have, including me so for that i'm sorry.

As to everyone i've jipped, Take this post as an apology as this whole situation has been a mess and a lot of us lost control, accept the apology or not, hate me or not, I will respect you from now on, and for that i will expect the same in return.

However i still stand passionately in saying that v2d will be the best map for Fearless for the future, and if Pines is to be the new map, I sure hope that it will lead FL into a good place and that i am wrong.

Only real problem I see with Pines is that there is no sort of area for Rebels to do their underground RP nor is there an area for Drug Dealers/BMDs and where can most of thr Aggresive RP take place?

There are places for BMD's and perhaps Rebels (industrial, alleyways, dark corners) but I do see a problem for Corleones since there isn't really a villas area.

On the note of underground jobs, Pines has sufficient options in my opinion.
The villas are more modern, sure, but some of EvoCity's villas were quite modern as well (with the exception of the manor which I guess will be lacking).
Dupes and props should allow even the villas to fit the mafia roleplays though, which should give more diversity in general.
As for rebels, as Janzo said there's lots of options for them.

Either way I think the impact on AggressiveRPs wont be near in comparision to the improvement of PassiveRP oppurtunity in the city. So much of the city opens up for a larger scale of PassiveRP, no matter the playerbase, I think it will succeed.
As for V2D, guess it cant go wrong since it succeeded greatly before but in reality I just want something fresh, not that it would be bad.

At the end of the day Fearless will remain Fearless and people wouldn't leave or stay just because their vote wins or not. Everyone eat eggs be happy yes

I do really get your point but not everyone wants to do old style Corleone RP. I've seen a lot more "modern" style corleone RP's going on recently too which these new houses would suit perfectly. I do understand that it is a change from what we currently have though, I don't think there's really a way of knowing if it will work out or not. I think the change may make fearless better but again that's just an opinion.

I don't think this is the case. Although I prefer pines I do not think it suits corleone RP. Mafias generally aren't modern with the old style tommy gun, Ford deluxe coup, and clothing that really suit the rp. Also the estates on evocity maps are way easier to create an oldish mafia rp atmosphere than  the modern ones on pines. Im not saying mafia RP should be limited to old styles but it definitely suits other things in the gamemode and the map helps with that atmosphre.
