i like too give 2nd chances too, i gave perm as you had alot of bans, and giving a perm would lead too us discussing like this
deciding what too do with you, and making you very much aware of how bad your ban count is
i will go with reduced too a few weeks or so

no need too bump, if approved it will still be like 2 weeks anyway (from ban time)

and yes Approved, Reduced too 2 Weeks, Better make sure its your last ban (or have good evidence that the ban was false too prevent next perm)
