This is just what I believe it is / used to be so I may be wrong.

Incorrect. Its 7 days after the latest Administrator's reply, no matter when. As Greed responded by showing a screenshot of what Avgar had said in one of my unban requests.
Kind Regards,

Ok Agorith look at the date when you last said something on the UBR. Then look when I said 7 days have passed. More then 7 days.
And look what Infernaw said in http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=69145

The ban was issued recently, making an unban request that fast right after the suspension is against the courthouse rules.

Wait wut? How is making an UBR after being banned againts the rules??

I missunderstood the situation, sorry. But you were still on your last chance, and Nighthawkd forgot to respond to the case, so I had to do it.
If he or anyone else who actually was involved with your suspension can add up, feel free to do so. All I know is that you were on your last chance and blew it.

Because she falsle denied the UBR because of a misunderstanding she had to re-open it so someone who was involved to respond there in the UBR.

And its not that hard to understand that 7 days passed!

We have from the second the post is made until the end of 7 days to reply or the ban will be lifted from record. What I have stated is correct and has always been the case for unban requests. I believe this question has now been answered.

I'm going to cite what I said before concerning the 7 day rule:
http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php...#pid550583

Avgar Wrote:As it stands, the rule is exactly:
6. If no staff member replies on your unban request within 7 days, your request will always be in your advantage and your ban will be removed from your record.

In the rule it is not explicitly stated that this is only valid for the first reply. On top of that, as previous cases have shown it is adhered to whether or not the last reply was the first one to the unban request or a later one.

If we do decide to enforce the rule only for the first reply then this will be discussed, implemented and explicitly stated.

See your UBR for the resolution on it:
