"You are allowed to shoot a tire of a vehicle in order to stop the vehicle, in this instance 1 single bullet was fired at the tire of the vehicle as they failed to get out, they were a danger to others, the food they were throwing hit my vehicle, this could of easily hit another vehicle causing them to spiral out of control. Dimitris was trying to argue on the marketplace thread with me, then he saw this and thought he might as well post out of spite.
