Bob, there was no laws about firing weapons on private property.

As an officer, it is immediate instinct to call for backup as Shots are fired. There doesn't need to be a law about it as its common sense that if shots are fired, there is at least one armed person inside.

That being said, the government requires a warrant to raid any property unless consent is given by the owner.

Do either of you have anything else you'd like to add before I conclude this case?
