Summary: I went AFK for a few minutes and came back to find i was being raided, first thought was damn teammates not defending. Then I realised I had no warrant or reason for me being raided by the police. They broke in with a keypad cracker and destroyed all my contraband which is shown in the images. My contraband was visible if you got inside my house but then again, they had no warrant to be inside in the first place.
EDIT: The reason the SRU was there was for responding to a call, [FL:RP] Bob was the man who was on the scene first.

As an officer, it is immediate instinct to call for backup as Shots are fired. There doesn't need to be a law about it as its common sense that if shots are fired, there is at least one armed person inside.
That being said, the government requires a warrant to raid any property unless consent is given by the owner.
Do either of you have anything else you'd like to add before I conclude this case?

I was at immediate danger of death, I have some clips which show two people from that compound shoot me. The SRU weren't but I was, also the doors to the compound were open and so was the area you were in. That building wasn't owned by you and we got a warrant on them.

I did own the doors Bob, please don't lie. You need to also warrant me if you wish to seaech. So if the door is open and my home is unlocked you are allowed to just go in and raid me? You need a warrant to be inside my property, you broke this rule so I have made a player report on you and the SRU.
EDIT: And as Reebs said, unless given consent by the owner. I did not welcome you inside my property and as you see in my screenshots, no warrant was issued to me. And even if by some magical chance the doors had sold themselves, you still need a warrant to get inside my room, not get the SRU to lockpick and keypad crack your way inside. You had no warrant and no right to raid my property without the official authority permission.

Okay, my life was in danger and can you prove you owned the doors?
Also, I will post evidence when I can but it will have to be tonight as I am going somewhere with my family today and I cannot get on my pc.

Watching the video that you provided, I can conclude this PR.
Your life or the lives of Civilians or Hostages were not at risk. Gunfire was simply heard from the property, to which you reacted and called in SRU backup. This is all perfect and acceptable, anybody would have done this, even myself.
When your actions become unacceptable was the point where you initiated a raid on MoWah's property without a search warrant, thus in violation of rule 10.2.

Gunfire being heard inside the property does not warrant your life being in danger unless you were to get hit with the shots that were fired.
That being said, I am going to Approve this player report.
All of the accused users will receive a 2-hour Blacklist from both Police and SRU for their violation of rule 10.2.

In the first clip you see the player with a gun going towards the SRU, he then attempts to kill me but for some reason comes towards me without shooting. I then kill him (fearrp is off as he had not intent to capture me and put me down to 45% health)

In the second clip we find a guy that tells us we need a warrant, I then go back outside the compound and was about to type on up when he brings out a gun at gunpoint and decides to try and shoot us both.

I decided not to do the warrant as I was low and could have been shot easily because all your doors were open.
Also it states you need a search warrant from the president but let's say there is no president what would you do? Not raid even if an officer has been shot by someone inside a compound and is at risk of being killed?
