Admins claimed he was lying to them about permission to post 2nd unban request. For that they banned him from game. After 2 or 3 months some kind of "policy update" been made, and his IG ban was changed into permanent forum ban. Here is forum UBR made by Freez: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php...light=Kula
