Considering that you didn't really do what I've told you and make two different threads for the two different cases then I'm just going to explain why I have banned you and close this thread.
There was a ban request on you that was approved for you hostaging a citizen as a blackmarket dealer which is failRP considering that you as a BMD does not want to get caught so hostaging someone would get you in allot of heat with the police (Street Crime Rules) Denied.
