Player Lt. Sweg was found guilty of propsmashing/propminging with the intent to disturb RP on the server.

Player GW Panda Skills DK was not found guilty of RDM because I don't know if he had a valid RP reason or not for killing you. He most likely didn't, but I need to be sure before putting in the ban command.
