Summary: Well, 2 BRS in one as they were both right in the same time of eachother. I saw this guy slamming round a car, then got shot and killed, didnt quite catch the random tranqer though.

Player Lt. Sweg was found guilty of propsmashing/propminging with the intent to disturb RP on the server.
Player GW Panda Skills DK was not found guilty of RDM because I don't know if he had a valid RP reason or not for killing you. He most likely didn't, but I need to be sure before putting in the ban command.
