Resolution is too small, it should be 1920x1080 at minimum else it will be blurry for most users. Now that I think about it we likely should've put that in the OP.

Someone should put a text on their picture telling new players that FL let’s you RP whatever you want (with some exceptions) using /job. Ive been one a couple RP servers before and they didn’t let you have a custom job name and I hated it.
