Hi Robb,

The villas area isn't really considered a "Public area", hence why people can freely build there without admin permission. Public areas are places that large number of people use regularly for their "Day to day" lives. An example of a public area would be:

• Any road inside the city.
  
• The city tunnel
  
• The Fishing spot at the lake
  
• Outer BP
  
• The road at connectivity, as everyone drives through here to enter/exit the city.
  

Do you believe that their reason was not valid for hostaging or was it a valid reason but you just believed that it counted as a "Public" area?

Hey,
they had a valid reason to hostage us. I just thought it would be classed as public,
as everyone who drives by, can see that they are hostaging us (like the police car which drove by).
