just a thought about the phone,
it looks like it'll be a screen overlaying the game view in that screen shot (like the F1 menu) if that's the case, Have/would you consider making the phone a tool? make it like a minecraft map where you can look down at it and it fills your screen, or look up from it and it's still there, just not in view... that'd be cool 
It's very important to read what i say literally, I speak literally and if you try to "interpret" (Read between the lines) you may be offended or get the wrong point from what i say
