I think maybe it should be spawned by the sergeant only as 4 of these driving around is a recipe for disaster.

As we have seen with other good suggestions it takes atleast one year for it to be accepter (I'm right now talking about the SRU permission to use sniper suggestion)

+support They had a SRU Police car skin and now they removed it. I think this would add more realism to the SRU as the SWAT Team don't drive around in Normal police cruisers.
