Player takes reduced damage in a vehicle until the vehicle HP is 0.

Right now it does damage if you hit above the tires/bottom of the car.

I want it so it does reduced damage as long as you don't hit the windows.

I just want to see car breaking down before driver is dead so police/shooter can still run up to car and roleplay with driver however they wish instead of just killing him.
